I have 2 small groups to Moscow+St. Petersburg (Aug 2014) & Copenhagen (Oct 2014). My client are very very happy... My opinion in one word for Travel All Russia : PERFECT.

We are extremely grateful that you have helped make our travel to Russia such a memorable and beautiful experience. The car pick-up services, hotel arrangments and sight-seeing activities were so well organized that it was a dream come true! In fact, the great services provided by your team started from my first correspondence with Kate. She has been very professional with providing details of the itinerary amd assuring and re-assuring that the trip will be well-planned, It was because of her assurance that gave us the confidence to take the next step and book our holiday with "Travel All Russia". Following confirmation of the trip, Vera as Logistics Specialist took over and from then on, everything ran like clockwork. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the arrangements you have made - both the tour guides were extremely knowledgable of the history, art and culture of your country. They were also very attentive to our needs ensuring that everything was taken care of. Our tour guide in Moscow (sorry, cannot recall her name) and Irina, our tour guide in St. Petersburg were both genuine and warm and reflects well on our perception of Russian folks. The hotels were very comfortable and service staff were friendly. And the weather was glorious! We simply love the food, the culture, the history and everything we saw in both cities! Once again, well done to everyone who helped organized this trip. Only difficulty I had was getting along in the city by myself. I had difficult time getting a cab back to the boat. Different prices were quoted, most of them much higher than usual. Is there any way to control cabs and help foreigners from some events that are often visited by tourists? (ie. operas, ballet, dances, concert)

Sightseeing days in St. Petersburg were too short (10 AM - 2:30 PM); would have liked to have seen more. On the one full day, we did not have enough free time to fully walk around and explore. Hotels in both major cities were wonderful. It was great to be so close to the Kremilin from the hotel. I expected this so I'm not complaining, but lots of down time on the river cruise; only about 2 hours a day for shore excursions. This is no ones fault; it's just the nature of the beast. Ship was much better than one I had on the Yangtze in China in both accommodations, programs and food.. Optional Moscow subway tour is well worth it but pass on the Moscow at Night tour. Dinner at the Moscow Hard Rock Cafe was not a highlight! Guides provided by Travel all Russia were outstanding; some of those by the river cruise company left a lot to be desired. In sum, very good value compared to other trip prices I researched. Aerflot flight was a pleasant surprise going over (very roomy economy section), but not so coming back (different plane). Be aware that seats are not assigned until you check in, so get there early. In addition to the suggestions by the tour just to pack summer clothes, make sure you bring rain gear and warm clothing. You will probably need it. Plenty of free bottled water was made available; that was nice and unexpected.

I never imagined that this complicated process of getting the Russian visa was going to be so easy with the guidance and support of Travelallrussia. I thought that getting the paperwork was going to be painful and slow, but the agents on Travelallrussia answered all my questions so promptly and clearly that I had clarity during the whole process until the time of getting the visa on my hands. If I plan another trip to Russia on the future I would never hesitate on using their services, really satisfied with the experience.

Well organized trip led by informed tour guides. Everything was on schedule as described. Hotel locations perfect for walking around on your own, all historical and cultural sites included. Extra private tour to Hermitage well worth it. High speed train to St Petersburg fast, easy and clean. Pre-trip logistics & communications for visa processing was excellent.

My friend and I went on a 21 day trip through Travel All Russia Prague, Amsterdam, Vienna and Budapest The trip was an 11 out of 10 Travel Russia was so easy to deal with and everything went without a hitch, from the train tickets to the car pick up at the terminals, all the tours were fantastic, from the private wine tours to the private cars and the hotel choices by them were even better I can't thank Travel Russia enough for what they did Their travel team is fantastic and I will use them again and again for all the trips I will be taking to Europe Thanks again Travel Russia

A friend and I travelled in May to Moscow, ST. Petersburg and the Baltic countries. All worked beautifully from all guides, travelers, accommodations and transfers were magnificent. Guides were well rounded in terms of knowledge, personality and efficiency. We travelled through the country with ease and felt very welcomed and safe.
