Travel All RussiaReviews of travelallrussia.com

I thoroughly enjoyed the trip each guide was very intelligible about the history and culture of Russia I was able to see so many things and beautiful sights and architecture in Russia the people were very nice friendly all things scheduled by all travel Russia was just as planned I was very pleased and look forward to a future time to travel with them again

I had excellent service from Travel All Russia in getting a three-year multiple entry visa for trips to Russia and so far there have been no glitches in receiving inside-Russia train tickets. However, I suggest that in future when sending me tickets or passports via Fed Ex Signature Required they give me a tracking number in their email notifying me that the material has been sent to me so that I know to be home when Fed Ex is likely to deliver. I was sent my passport on a Wednesday, two business days delivery, and because of Fed Ex's screw-ups I eventually had to go to a downtown office to pick up my passport, and didn't actually have it in hand until a week and one day after it was sent. But this was all due to an excess of caution on the part of Travel All Russia, so that's really a good thing.

We were planning a trip to Moscow and St Petersburg but our travel agent's choices seemed to be aimed at younger visitors than our 70 plus ages. I then found Travel all Russia on the internet and their "Treasures of two capitals" seemed just what we were looking for. From our first contact with the company we were impressed with their very friendly and efficient handling of our booking. The documents supplied to obtain our Russian visa were obviously exactly what was required, our visas were issued in less than 24 hours. We were met at Moscow airport and transported to our Moscow hotel by taxi. Both our guide in Moscow, Aleksey, and our St Petersburg guide, Konstantin spoke good English and had a fund of interesting information. The buses we used to travel within the cities were new and very comfortable with excellent drivers. The tour offered some extra evening tours. One that must not be missed is the evening of Russian music and dance "Feel yourself Russian" In summary one of the best guided tours we have ever done.

I worked with Travel All Russia to book a trip from Atlanta to St Petersburg and onward to Sochi for the Winter Olympics. At the last minute, we were unable to take this trip, so I thought that all was lost. Wrong... Not only did Travel All Russia allow me to change the trip using the amounts already paid, they were quite helpful in designing a great visit to Poland and Bulgaria. I'll certainly be using them again when traveling to Eastern Europe !

I found Travel All Russia from the internet and they efficiently put together the itinerary that I required. I paid them by Bank Transfer, and then for a little while I heard nothing. When the relevant member of staff was back from vacation all was well. The only glitch were a couple of hotels, one in Siberia and one in Mongolia. I have spoken with TAR and they have offered (not requested by me) to refund $75 which I think is very fair (how often do travel companies do this!). I must say that all of the guides were superb. Although not without blemish, I think that they did a satisfactory job and would use the company again

I have been on many holidays and tours around the world. I can say, with utmost honesty, that our holiday arranged by Travel all Russia was without a doubt the finest and best arranged. The tour guides were professional experts and all hotel arrangements were exact. There were no problems at all. I have recommended the tour to many friends. The lady who looked after us,Maria, was superb!

Travel All Russia really helped us to check off all of our desires when in St. Petersburg Russia. We had superb guides and drivers who helped us navigate through and past all of the crowds at the top tourist attractions. We wanted to visit a vodka factory and experience a tasting - They made that happen with extra flair - we not only got a tour and education on vodka history and customs - but they provided the specific traditional foods with each type of vodka tasted. We wanted to have a rooftop tour - something that apparently is rarely ever done nowadays because of the security and private ownership of so many of the flats. But again Travel All Russia made it happen! We had a young college student as guide - he made sure we were safe even while crawling through the pitch black attics and wile walking along steeply pitched roof tops from house to house. What a great view we had! The only downer of the entire 3 days was the vodka canal cruise - it was just weird - people operating the boat seemed bored and didn't go out of their way to be friendly. Not sure I'd do that again.

The staff we dealt with were great Vera and Anna and assisted with all our enquiries. The iternary we chose meet all our needs thought we only required one night at the lake as we started the journey from Beijing and in Moscow would have been good to have early checkin with breakfast. Would recommend the tour guides were great and gave us a good overview of the destinations. Moscow the driver was not at the station so that cost me $75.00 international to seek assistance, however the emergency number answered and we were soon looked after. The driver in Kazan was not nice so did not tip him, however the guide was really great to make up for him.
