Я планировал поездку в Россию через эту компанию, и всё прошло идеально. Персонал помог подобрать маршрут, который полностью соответствовал моим пожеланиям и бюджету. Каждая деталь была продумана.

Had a great time on the Lapland trip. Firebirds did a great job. All our transfers were on time everything went smoothly would definitely use them again.

Agent Melissa was extremely helpful in helping us to set up our itinerary for our private tour of Russia. The local agent Alena was also most helpful in getting all tickets for ballets, operas, shows, and restaurants bookings during our trip. When our flight from Kazan to St Petersburg was delayed, I texted her and she was on top of it all to make sure my connection also arranged and transfer etc. We are overall very happy with the trip, only thing that can be improved is: some of the guides' English is not as good as we would have liked.

My son and I travelled to Russia for 11 days in August this year. Overall, the trip was fine - timely airport/ train pick ups and drop offs, good accomodations, and a small group of nice fellow travellers. The weather was excellent all days and the country was so spotlessly clean. However, there was one shortcoming regarding the logistics of the daily excursions. In the first place, the tours were as good as half-day tours only, and then thanks to the tour guides in Moscow and St Petersburg, who shortened them further by terminating the tours earlier than scheduled as per the daily itineraries! For instance, the Moscow City tour was rounded off an hour and a half earlier by the guide. Similarly, the tour to the Kremlin was ended an hour earlier. No free time was allocated. In St Petersburg, the Hermitage tour began after 11am instead of the scheduled 10am. There was so much to see at the museum that every hour lost meant less seen.We were literally running around till the closing time, not to mention the exhaustion! The trip to Pushkin was terminated much earlier too. I sent an email to the company as far back as 4 September detailing the above issue but there has been no follow up till date.Up to the time, I booked the tour and took off on the journey, I was called/emailed almost on a daily basis but now there seems to be no interest and care from the company.

I was provided excellent service with the entire process of Visa, hotel reservations, etc. Couldn't be more happy. The only criticism I had with the trip was that I was told I would have a courtesy ride to and from the airport to hotel and back. Neither occurred as promised. Outside of the missed rides, I could have been treated better and would recommend this service. Respectfully Tommy Lee
