Supposed to be two trips back to back down Volga last August. 2nd trip was cancelled due to "low water". I paid extra for train and hotel arrangements to some of the Volga cities. First part from St. Pete to Moscow the tour director ignored me and was rude, did not wish to make announcements in English, etc. Also when I embarked, they had cancelled my reservation even though I did not do so. I certainlky would not travel with Travelall Russia again!

From the time I searched out travel companies in Russia to the end of our tour I knew we were dealing with the right people. Our tour was designed around what our group wanted. When we arrived we got the tour we had planed. Our guide was fluent in English and was friendly and very knowledgeable. We will use Travel All Russia again for our next Russian Tour.

I had the best traveling experience ever. I love the beautiful people of Russia and Travel All Russia. The sites were incredible. The river cruise is a most if you wish to see all of Russia. All I can say is "Spasiba"!

We spent 4 nights, 5 days in St. Petersburg this May. We used Travel All Russia for not only our tour but they also took care of obtaining our visas. We couldn't have been happier with our driver, our guide, our hotel, and the days they planned for us. We have never used a tour before in our travels but felt the need in Russia. I can admit now it was the perfect choice. Our guide was so knowledgable that all our friends back home can't believe how much we learned about the culture and landmarks.

Travel insurance is not offered for this trip. Having to research travel insurance companies was time consuming. You might consider offering a great company like TripMate to your offering. Everything was efficient to date. Sometimes it took a little longer for return phone calls but it wasn't too bad.

Travelallrussia did an excellent job in organizing our holiday. The guides were great. A most pleasurable occasion. I would recommend them to people considering travelling to Russia, The only negative criticism is that the costs are very expensive for any item outside their arrangements.

We took the three baltic capitals tour and we were very dissapointed due to a bad prize/quality rate.The acommodations were under average and these hotels were not the ones that were listed at the time of booking.The guides and transfers were correct.Regarding russia treasures tour we are satisfied with the experience in moscow (hotel, guide and excursions) and also with the connection to san petersburg by train.but we had a bad experience with the guide who showed a lack of knowledge and expertise.The acommodation was wery good. We are still waiting for any response to our complaints.

Travel all Russia were VERY professional in the way our cruise from Moscow to St Petersburg was handled. Having our own tour specialist, Kate,was great. She spoke good English and assisted us through every stage of our tour - buying our tickets; sending our BEAUTIFUL itineries; guiding us through the visa application process; finding pre and post cruise accommadation and even attending a Swan Lake Show. The 2 complimentary transfers were efficiently arranged, even if the taxis had some difficulty finding my addresses! THANK YOU, VERY MUCH.
