DO NOT EVER CONSIDER USING THEM!!
They claimed to be experts on Russia, however, this was the furthest from the truth. Prior to our departure, we spent months planning our 3 weeks in Russia. When on vacation, there was nothing more valuable than time and we would much rather spend time at home planning in order to maximize our time once we arrive at our destination. And we foolishly thought using Travel All Russia would facilitate that. The representatives of this company were very helpful UNTIL we made our final payment and then it was so difficult to get anyone to respond to us via email or phone. This was the furthest from the truth because of their improper planning and logistics, we wasted hours if not days of valuable time. We paid them a lot of money for private guides and drivers, therefore we should not have been at their mercy. These were NOT organized tours, but tours arranged and customized specifically for us. They made so many errors such as: failing to mention much faster means of transportation, failing to respect and follow through with our dietary restrictions, showing up at sites and there was no one to explain them to us, wasting more time at a road side restaurant while the guide ate lunch and we just sat and watched her, instead of the guide taking us someplace we could explore on our own while she ate her lunch, (and a lunch stop was never included in our itinerary) because they provided us with incomplete itineraries, we were forced to repeat sites we had all ready gone to, etc., etc. I could go on and on. Because of their errors, we were often so frustrated, we left in tears. But the worst part was that, once we arrived in Russia, there were issues which could have been resolved, but were not. We further wasted an inordinate amount of time calling and emailing with them in an attempt to resolve and correct some of these issues, however, they were so rude that our pleas for help fell on deaf ears. And even though they booked our train tickets from St. Petersburg to Tallin, Estonoia, when we queried if once we arrived in Tallin, we could expect porters at the station, their uncaring response was, "Our business with you ends at the Russian Border!" We were not asking them to provide us with this service, we were just asking a simple question, and they were so unreasonable that they would not even answer a simple question. Travel All Russia is ALL about taking your money and they could not care less about their customers. Their employees were very poor in every single aspect.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We have thoroughly investigated your complaints. We spoke to all specialists involved in your tour - guides, logistics specialists, hotels, drivers. And, we have a very different picture of the situation. It appears that you believe that you have a better understanding of how to organize trips. No, it is not possible to start tours at 8 am because that would make you sit for two hours in a traffic jam. No, it is not possible to take a train to Vladimir, Suzdal and Sergiev Posad, because there are no rail tracks to all three places. No, it is not possible to know the exact time of entry into museums because of museums issuing line-free tickets only a few days before the actual visit. No, the Intercontinental hotel is a fine 5-star hotel located at the center of Moscow (and Moscow is a vast city). No, the guide did not make you wait for two hours while she eats. You told her that you will skip on lunch and that she could have lunch while you explore Kolomenkoe estate. No, it is not possible to stay longer in galleries or museums when you are part of an organized group. And no, Volga Dream is, in fact, the best luxury ship on Russian rivers with amazing chefs and service that has been praised by thousands of customers during our last eight years of cooperation with Volga Dream. And no, we do not organize porterage service in cities that are not included in your tour. You did not book any program in Tallinn with us, you only asked for train tickets from Saint Petersburg to Tallinn, and we arranged them for you. It should be mentioned that we organized welcome gifts everywhere you stayed, and we asked each hotel to prepare the best possible rooms for you. And our drivers and guides worked extra hours because everybody knew that you were exerting unhappiness everywhere you go and they wanted to make you happy. And, by the way, we did not charge you for any extras. Multiple specialists in our team have reported that you had been extremely rude to them. Yelling on the phone, refusing to drink water given to you at Russian family dinner. You refused to eat vegetables in restaurants calling Russian water poisonous. Please note, Russia is a civilized country where people treat each other with respect and dignity, and no one in our team appreciated rudeness. Finally, it should be pointed out that if you had filled out our questionnaire about food preferences (called Travelcard) as we asked you to, we would have been able to communicate your food preferences to the restaurants. But then again, if you refuse to eat vegetables because they were washed by poisoned Russian water, there would be very little what we could do about it. We regret that you have so many complaints, but out of curiosity, was anything good about your tour?
