Travel All RussiaReviews of travelallrussia.com

6 of us decided to travel to Russia and after a lot of due diligence, selected Travel All Russia as our partner. We were extremely delighted with their service. Right from the 2 guides-Lana and Yana in Moscow and St.Petersburg respectively, to the vehicles and the drivers, to quick access to various museums and places of interest...every thing worked with precision, and full courtesies. The myth of Difficult Russia was easily broken by the 2 guides. Yana was of course a delightful person, with a great sense of humour. Through the planning of the trip, I was amazed and impressed by the help and quick responses I got from Kate.My special thanks to her. We would surely recommend Travel All Russia to our friends and relatives. All the best. Prithvi Haldea

The bare minimum was provided. I expected to be part of a small group but the eight of us did not even know each other's names until the end of the third day. We were not given a chance for any cohesion or to be part of a group. It felt like we were provided with a knowledgeable guide capable of rattling off facts about structures that we barely had time to absorb. The guided days were very short, 10am-3pm. The hotels were well chosen in location.

Very well planned and executed, great people sorry one couple could not come and did not get in refund much from company even notified 4 weeks before trip

We were 10 of us. We were two days we covered most that St a Petersburgh had to offer. We were not tired, saw all that St P is known for. Guide was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and resourceful. The restaurants and menu was also selected by the agency. With many of us as vegetarian thus was just perfect. Over all a delightful experience. Have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Generally very good maybe a few too many city walks in unattractive cities and more free time would have been good. Wouldn't cost much to upgrade the hole in the floor toilets on the train

Being an opera lover as well as a Russophile in general, I had long dreamed of hearing Russian operas at the Bolshoi and Mariinsky Theaters, and also of visiting sites and museums relating to 19th century authors and composers. In order to maximize the use of my precious time in Moscow and St. Petersburg, I figured it was a good idea to hire a professional tour company rather than try to make arrangements myself. I inquired with several such companies but was most impressed with the agent at Travel All Russia, who immediately understood what I was talking about and gave me educated answers. Once I signed up with the company, he worked with me to create an agenda that included exactly what I wanted to see and do. I'm a worrier by nature and tend to expect that people won't show up when they're supposed to and that accommodations will be less nice than advertised. I shouldn't have been concerned. Our drivers were always right on time, if not early. Our guides were experts not only in the subject matter but in getting us into places without waiting in lines. The hotels were lovely. Everything worked out perfectly--even the weather (though I guess I can't give Travel All Russia credit for that part). I will offer one piece of advice from my experience, however: In my eagerness to fit in every museum and event on my to-do list, I overbooked myself to the point of exhaustion. I strongly recommend, when you're creating your itinerary, to be sure you leave room for lunch.

We were delighted with the itinerary and accommodations. The guides were exceptional, warm, personable and incredibly educated so were able to offer us more than just a sight seeing tour but gave us insight into Russian history. Highly recommend this group as the trip went flawlessly. Delightful, we loved Russia and Travel All Russia enabled it for us.

We are back from a trip in Russia including Moscow and Saint-Petersburg done from 26th June to 2nd July with Travel All Russia. If the organization in Moscow was perfect and totally in accordance with our expectation (Hotel St Regis and limousine), unfortunately we have been very disappointed when reaching St Petersburg by very bad accommodation in St Petersburg (Radisson Royal Hotel) and transportation. The vehicle was a van without AC in poor condition, the last day they have been obliged to replace it by a society car because of maintenance. Guides in Moscow and St Petersburg are very efficient with a perfect knowledge of their subjects and drivers acceptable. We do not recommend this organization if you are looking for a 5* standing and definitively not the Royal Radisson till a complete and major refurbishment. Do not expect any help from Travel All Russia if you are facing any issue: they ignore the word "issue"!
