Nelson
The handle is to short, for a tall person. Then needed second person to crank it.For it to work you need a hard surface.

Excellent product—At over 60 yrs age, I am able to move my camper-solo- and finesse the move with 90 degree turn on driveway, into garage with less than 5 inches total space to spare-effortlessly. Without this tool, my camper could not be parked in garage without 2 people, lots of angst and effort- and many prayers:). Company is very responsive and communicates well with customers.Very quick delivery—This was purchased over one year ago and still holding up perfectly ........and still impressing me with what it can do:)

My experience with this product is once connected to the hitch receiver, the ball on the trailer valet moves in the socket created by this connection. No matter how tight I make the collar on the Trailer Valet, it still wanders in the socket causing the collar to loosen. This has led to the trailer receiver being bent where I have had to hammer it out. If I keep using it, I will eventually have to have a new receiver installed.

My Trailer Valet has allowed me to move my trailer with ease into some tight spots both on and off grass. I’m not a spring chicken. I love my Trailer Valet👍

Great tool. The only thing lacking is the ability to raise and lower onto the tow vehicle... just a thought, not a sermon... ;-)

Thanks for the review, Jim! We appreciate the feedback. Fortunately, our 5X has the built-in jack. For those who purchase the XL, XL-Pro or RVR, we do have a line of drill-powered jacks (JX) that might help! Please feel free to reach out if you encounter any issues along the way.
