For those whom, like myself was very worried and a little confused at the whole process of dealing with the IRS and penalties this is the place to go. Melissa Mayo was extremely helpful and very patient with me. She has a deep understanding of how to put the whole process to work for me and almost immediately at that. Very polite and intuitive, it was her demeaner that helped me get over my fears and helped reassure me everything was going to be fine. I reached out and almost immediately I felt as if I had a "partner" in my journey. While I will say that it did take a bit to "get going" once my case was handed to Andres Esparza it has been nothing short of exceptional.
