THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST COMPANIES YOU CAN WORK WITH....THEY LET YOU KNOW STEP BY STEP WHAT'S GOING ON WITH YOUR CASE. THEY REALLY GOT ME OUT OF A HOLE, I THOUGHT MY LIFE WAS OVER... BUT TRA BROUGHT ME BACK TO LIFE...IT WAS SUCH A RELIEF TO GET THAT PHONE CALL THAT EVERYTHING HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF AND I CAN FINALLY RELAX.... KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK TRA!!!!💖

Mr. Ron Nelson, is absolutely a gym to work with. He is always very positive and very energetic. He has helped me from the very beginning to get to where I am today, and once again I had to call him in reference to an issue that was not his problem. It was someone else’s problem, but Ron being the committed customer service person that he is took it up on himself to help remedy the situation. I would highly recommend anyone working with TRA request Mr. Nelson to be the advocate to work with.

My experience with TRA has been fantastic. I am hearing impaired and use hearing aids over my phone. All the representatives have been respectful of the challenges this causes during a wide variety of communications. They have been patient in making sure that I get all my questions answered and allow me time to process information that may seem garbled at first, but just takes me a bit longer to unravel. Thanks

Tax Relief Advocates were able to resolve our tax debt with a very minimum amount owed to IRS. We are very pleased with the out come and would highly recommend using them. Our Tax advocate Adam Madueno, whom we worked closely with for 2 years was amazing and always followed through with what was needed. For such an emotional time it was a relief to know we had such competent understanding help to back us. Thank you.
