DANIEL’S SERVICE WAS INCREDIBLE! HE SOLVED A PROBLEM THAT 7 OHER AGENTS WERE CLUELESS ABOUT. WE WERE AWAITING OUR 2025 TAX DOCUMENTS TO E SIGN, BUT NEVER RECEIVED THE EMAIL; EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE RESENT 7 OR EIGHT TIMES. IT WAS INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING WHEN THE ONLY ANSWER WE WERE GIVEN WAS TO RESEND OVER AND OUR DESPITE NO RESOLUTION!! DANIEL DETERMINED THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM IN THE MAILROOM WITH THEIR E SIGN FORMAT !! FINALLY WERE EMAILED OUR DOCUMENTS TO BE PRINTED OUT AND FAXED TO TRA!! HE WAS THOROUGH RESOURCEFUL PATIENT KIND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE IS TO BE COMMENDED FOR HIS INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THANK YOU RONALD AND SUE WILBURN

Having the services of TRA has been such an absolute blessing! Not only are they are they skilled at what they do, but they genuinely care and are personable to. Special shout out to Ayriel R., a customer service representative I work with, who has been phenomenal, and Mike O., my resolution officer, who has brought me such peace of mind throughout the process. I've been putting this off for years and finally I had to. The services I received was way above what I expected, and it took about 7 months and I'm very satisfied, but more importantly the IRS is happy. From the very beginning when I spoke to Melissa I felt at ease and I never left my couch, everyone I dealt with was professional. Trisha took it home with finalizing everything and she took it home last Monday completing everything. One thing I thought was above is everyone returned my calls, which is unheard of the way it is today. I don't know if I paid to much or to little but I'm content and also worked with me on payments. No Complaints on my end, Thanks TRA!

KUDOS for Ms Janine Solis, a 5 STAR representative for TAX RELIEF ADVOCATES. Janine, has been my go to for all of my tax questions and there have been many, and Janine has been able to answer all of them, and guide me with sound advice. Janine is in a word a true "PROFESSIONAL" , knowledgeable, great customer service, that assures you that you have the right person helping you. She answers every email and text with a quick response. I have never met Janine except through text, emails, and the occasional phone call with a warm "HOW ARE YOU". I imagine from the tone and warmth in her voice that she is smiling and is truly concerned. TRA is blessed by having a stellar employee like Janine. TRA is an amazing organization, and I highly recommend them for resolving your tax problems.
