TOV FurnitureReviews of tovfurniture.com

This is my second time ordering from TOV and I my home looks amazing. The kitchen stools, dinning room chairs and new sofa are very strong, beautiful and modern. The customer service was amazing from the moment I ordered to the delivery and after are team. I am sold buying all my pieces from TOV. They also have the best price if you purchase directly from them. I wish I could post pictures of my home here. I am very glad I discovered TOV when redecorating my home.

MJ was amazing! Fast, efficient, and diligent. She helped me solve my issue and I couldn’t be happier with her help!

TOV is our favorite furniture company. Their products are top-of-the-line and customer service is exceptional. Their agent Katrina was easy to work with and she solved our problem right away.

TOV furniture is the best!!! Their customer service is top notch and each person has common sense (not always the case). The management of the company empowers their people to help you get things figured out, if necessary. Totally great experience - thank you!!

I had a wonderful experience to talking to Charisse at TOV. When I called customer service center to inquiring one of the dresser I have interested in. From the beginning of the call to the end. She is always very kind, warm and knowledgeable. Because of her excellent service, I have decided to purchase the dresser from TOV.

What I disliked, the legs on my chairs did not match, fit the chairs my chairs don't sit right and wobble. All I ask for is legs for my chairs. As much as I I aid for them. And no this is not the first time that I have inquired about this. I inquired when I purchased.

Ashely was so wonderful to speak to about our recent order! She was well spoken, understanding and so helpful! Cant wait to receive our order!
