I ordered some very expensive coffee tables, which arrived in the best packaging I have ever seen in my life. The packaging was not damaged at all unfortunately, the marble top of the large table has three horizontal scratches on it, running across the vein of the marble. No way I’m packing this back up and sending it back in. The scratches obviously occurred either before packing or while they were packing.

I ordered a cream-colored velvet storage ottoman which arrived with defective material. I sent photos of the damaged velvet to TOV customer service. They told me to purchase a steamer and steam the ottoman as it was only "wrinkled". What?? I told them the problem was not wrinkles, that the velvet is discolored in patches and some of the pile is missing on one side of the ottoman. They then told me this is normal! I told them I think their company is shady and that the photo of the ottoman on the webpage shows no defects in the material. They treated me very poorly and when they knew I wasn't believing their nonsense they told me they would take $15 off the price. I would not accept this as they had already upset me, and because the ottoman cost almost $200. I found their offer to be insulting. If you decide to purchase something from TOV just be aware if the item arrives damaged or defective the company will deny the claim and they will not stand behind their products.

Just Meh. Furniture, my dresser, the back of it came all damaged, mdf wood was crushed prolly due to shipping. The dresser was 999.99 and they refunded me around 325. They asked if I wanted to return it but this this was a large piece and sitting in my dining room with the boxes crushed. I did not want to deal with repackaging or having a shipping company come to my house again. The pieces looked great on the website and pictures but when I got them they had lose or missing nails or bolts. When I opened a few drawers the little screws that were holding pieces together were just lying in the drawer moving back and forth. A lot of scratches on the dressers - I sent pictures. Poor paint job on bottom of night stands, dressers, etc. Just because its the bottom doesnt mean it shouldnt have some quality for the amount of money spent. I spent over 5-6k at tov in under a month and the customer service was meh. I asked several times for a manager to follow up to which no one did - so no one really cares over there. Maybe the owners are so rich and swimming in their mula that they do not have time to call any customers and get feedback. I will think twice before spending loads of money there.

Ordered some lamps. Lamps are fine. Communication was a mess with TOV, who sent me an email letting me know my order was shipped after I received them. I also tried to inquire if they had a showroom near me (the website says they do but the link to the address was broken), and couldn't get a straight answer. Their website has almost zero customer reviews. I left a 4-star review for the lamps, it was never posted online but the company replied to me by email? I left another review, this time with 5 stars (but not a 5-star text) and it was immediately posted, but they've since deleted it. When I replied to the original email to ask if they delete reviews I received a generic "We'll take your feedback into consideration" reply. This feels like shady behavior. Just remove the review section on your website if you don't want customers weighing in.
