Tougher Than TomReviews of tougherthantom.com

Let's be clear about this, absent any valid/honest communication from TTT: the TNT Mosquito refills are not on back order (for a year? Give me a break...). A competitor of TTT's has a class action suit filed against them for a similar product with a similar ingredient list for false advertising and misleading claims (Mosquito Spartan). TTT has pulled the TNT system and refills from the market out of an abundance of caution, waiting on the fall-out of the class action suit. Tougher Than Tom: prove me wrong.

Mice don’t seem to care. Sprayed daily and the mice went away, the next day ( even though the area had just been sprayed) the 4 legged creatures went thru

Tougher Than Tom’s is a rip off!!!!! Bought the TNT system last year and all and the Solution that kills the mosquitoes has been sold out all summer. And TTT’s never replenished the supply. What a rip off. They sell you the system and don’t make enough product before the season begins. So I have 4 empty Tougher than Tom’s EMPTY green buckets.

They make you purchase their proprietary system for mosquitos, but for the past year they have not had any refills. Honestly it feels like I was taken advantage of. How can they sell you a system they make and cannot support it. Terrible!!

i have tried to buy this an d it always say sold out.

I have tried since last year to order the mosquito product and no luck. I’m supposedly on a text message list to order when it comes in and I received an email response that the product will be in the months of April and May and it’s now the end of May. I’ve left several messages on their VM and no return phone call or email. So unprofessional and so unprofessional to not carry a product that is listed on the website for over a year and I check at least twice a week for the past year.

I ordered the spider killer spray and it works great! It smells amazing, and I truly like that it's safe to use around my fur monsters! I also love that it supports a small family owned business!

How can a company that makes a product be sold out of it. Any email sent to them gets the same response. Instead of allowing someone to pre-order, you have to check their website regularly. And then I get a text every few days reminding me to finish my order for a product that is sold out. Ridiculous.
