Mice still get in, I have had mice droppings right next to the bags. I think they help but we still set traps. Guess nothing is 100%

I’m rating my customer service experience with Tough Tom’s versus the value of the product. The product didn’t perform well for me. But the reason that it didn’t was because I didn’t put all four around d the four corners of the house as suggested…which rendered the product ineffective. When I received the first email to rate my experience, I rated the. Very low. Tough Tom’s customer service is confident about their product and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied. So they sent me more product at their expense. We have now moved to a new location and the mosquito infestation is going down due to the seasonal change. I will give TT another try in the spring and follow recommendations. Then I will be able to rate the product. But for now, the TT customer service is outstanding!

I was recommended by a friend who swears by the mosquito traps. I have a large yard. This product works great! I usually can’t be outside after 4pm because I’ll get eaten alive in minutes. After setting out the Tom’s, I haven’t been bit once! Remarkable.

I would give 5 stars because of the prompt and wonderful service! I was offered some advice and even a free product after I wrote Customer Service to say the pouches don't work. They are touted as mice "eliminator" products, but I witnessed mice running right over the pouches- completely ignoring them. No elimination at my house, unfortunately.
