The worst customer service I ever experienced!
I removed one line from my account, and total wireless made other changes to the account without me asking. A few days later, they removed the 2 other lines that were on the account without giving me any notice. When I realized the 2 lines weren't working, I called total wireless and ended up on the phone with them for 8 hours! They charged my credit card without resolving the issue and hung up on me numerous times. When I realized that they weren't going to help me, I decided to switch to another carrier, but total wireless gave me a fake transfer pin. It was hours of calling and being hung up on before they finally gave me a pin. Then, when I submitted the new pin to my new carrier, total wireless disconnected my phone service without transferring my number to them. They claimed that my zip code didn't match what they had in their system, so the request couldn't be verified. I've lived in the same zip code my entire life! I called total wireless again and after being hung up on 3 more times, they said that the zip code that they had in their system was exactly what I had provided. They then confirmed with my new carrier that one of the numbers could be transferred, but they didn't for the other one. I then had to call them again, got hung up on multiple times again, and finally after 3 hours they confirmed the transfer request. I'm now waiting to see if the transfer actually goes through. I would stay away from total wireless. Their phone service is decent, but as soon as you have a problem or want to switch to a different carrier, they are the worst company you can imagine.
