The worst customer service in my life. I tried to shop at Brandon with a friend just because one of as didn’t have an id they treated as like garbage not even explaining or letting us know just grab the product and walk away from us imagine they don’t get paid enough to smile or at least being polite I do not recommend this store to no human being who spect be treated with respect and a cordial customer service But if u appreciate indifference and contentiousness this the perfect place for u

I’m just went this store like always because I found my best Cocktels and drinks! Mario always is nice but today was this one :Cristian and is do the testing and my mom and Mr try it on twice and when I ask him to do one more he just said no, i mind it was rude and he make feel like I was buy in Walmart! First, they falsely advertise- "Find what you love, love what you find" there isn't crap in this store that I love...total wine rejects, refuse to allocate brands to certain areas. They do not offer special requests, or special ordering for rare liquors. Basically worthless- won't help customers find Thier special liquor, or help them acquire a well known brand Eagle Rare or Blanton's, or any type of kosher rye whiskeys to AZ. So all in all they are worthless, they only want to collect money from you at thier shop but won't help ya find anything that they sell in other states, which is funny dillard's dept store will send a pair of $9 socks to customer across country, cause of good customer service but this sh*t company will not send a $400 bottle a few states over to help a customer, way to lose Millions of dollars a year from loss of sales, and then piss customers off to where I don't shop this shithole anymore!!!!!!!!!!!

If I’m not the one paying for the bottle there shouldn’t be a reason to see everyone’s ID and I have an account with you guys so you should be able to look me up thru there and a picture of a ID should be allowed you can clearly see my picture and date of birth perfectly fine but total wines is ass y’all suck shit for real and yea do better cause it’s not what y’all are giving if I can give no stars I would.
