I absolutely love Total Wine in Hamburg Lexington KY . Never had a bad experience. Until Friday 7/31/2026 I am disabled with a bad back my son was drivinge me he pulled up to the front not blocking anyone mine you. But my back was hurting so he did want me to walk far. I was in there less than 8 mins Everyone's always been so pleasant. I guess he was a manager I wasn't able to get his name. He ask my son if he was door dash he said no. He has a bald head I guess you'll know who he is he proceeds to tell him he can't park there and the next time he'll call someone (police). That was not necessary to threaten him. So I go back in there my mother bear had taken over. He says all my son had to do is back up a little. Which to me that's all he had to say not threaten to call someone ( police). First bad experience at Total Wine ever. Threat's are not necessary just use your respectful words sir.

Total wine is a disappointing place to buy beer. You can’t trust what they say they have online. It is disappointing that beer can’t be ordered and shipped. I wish there was a better beer retailer; but I’m stuck with total wine.

The saving grace of my negative experience at Total Wine is this experience led me to discover a new place to shop for Spirits. A rude middle aged gum smacking blonde employee decided to spew her foul venom at me. Since negativity is contagious this miserable creature was successful in getting me out the door as fast as I could pay my bill A professional and polite employee (Victoria) checked me out.

How stupid?? Had a delivery of several boxes of wine....They literally placed a delivery sticker over the place where you open and dispense the wine. Had to use a hammer to break in. Come on...use some common sense.

They push crap brands of liquor for their own profit. I tried 2, both taste like vomit. So then I went to their app to ask about the return policy, which I do expect there to be none, however instead I had a run around with a retarded AI robot. At the end of the day you don’t save that much money to not support your local liquor stores.

I normally go to Total Wine about once a month to purchase my beverages, today was my last visit. I am done with the poor customer service, had to argue about a discount after purchasing a case of wine, then cashier decided to shortchange me $5.00. When I called him out, he grabbed the cash from my hand, recounted and then added what he didn’t give me and handed back rather disgusting. When trying to find things, employees were too busy socializing or on their phones. I am done!

I bought on line 3 bottles of Campagne Moet & Chandon there were casi no bubbles Did they provide me with bottles that were long time on their stock?

The coupons they advertise and give to their members are nothing but a bait and switch routine. They have great stock. Their in store coupon signage is mis-leading and NEVER have I gone in there and been able to use any of the coupons. It's always "this coupon doesn't apply to that bottle of wine or spirits" yet the coupon never gives any restrictions. Very mis-leading. I just go somewhere else now unless there is a rare bottle I'm looking for. Too bad, it is a great store but very bad PR.
