Great job – watch looks beautiful – very happy

Watch looked new again when it arrived from Total Watch Repair. Communications during the wait were timely and informative. The only negative involved the time it took for them to get the part needed. But I don't believe that was TWR's fault. So, all in all very satisfied and will use them again when needed in the future.

It was fixed correctly this time. It did cost me more money. Which I was not pleased with, but it was repaired.

Took too long. 3 weeks to install a new movement in my wristwatch is way longer than necessary. (Required two nudges by email.) Having said that, got the watch back and a week in it’s performing well. Though if it had conked out in a week we would be talking zero stars. In fact, asking someone to judge the quality of the repair right after getting it back isn’t really helpful. Ask me again in a year. Or two years. The repair cost as much as the watch so I’d hope to get several years of headache free performance before really assessing the new movement.

My watch died with only a week to go before leaving the country on vacation. The turnaround was incredible! Truly top notch service.
