Total Watch RepairReviews of totalwatchrepair.com

No one in my area was willing or able to fix what was wrong with my watch movement. TWR did a great job. They fixed the issue and did it in great time. Thank you very much.

UPDATE: I am EXTREMALLY pleased with TWR. As I stated in an earlier review, there was an issue with two of my clients watches I sent in for repair. One of the management team/owners reached out to me for reasonable resolutions. They replaced a crystal for free and the other they reset the crystal and "fish eye" for the date (I paid a very small portion). The bottom line is I will continue to use them as a resource for my small business. I appreciate their work and customer service. Thank you TWR. Warm regards, Ed. Quinn Clock Company

The whole process was easy. I had 8 watches repaired and brought back to new. Wonderful experience.

Great communication and met my expectations.

Superb Customer Service. Excellent communications. Exceptional craftsmanship.

The service and repair of my watch were excellent. The only reason this was not a five star rating is that the original price quote I thought was too high. When I refused service it was magically reduced by $100. The work was then performed professionally and quickly.

Well, your company communicated with me very well aside from the fact that you held my watch for me over a year, it was quick and easy to arrange for my watch to make it back to me! Thank you

Courteous staff. Beautiful work. Fast turnaround. Reasonably priced. Great experience start to finish. Highly recommended to everyone.
