Total Watch RepairReviews of totalwatchrepair.com

Easy to order.

I must have misunderstood "authentic" Seiko replacement strap" and "genuine" Seiko watch bands in the advertisement. I thought I was ordering an identical original watch band replacement. The watch band I received was the same style but the number of eyelet holes was different than the original watch band. The original watch band had 10 eyelet holes. The band I received only had 7 eyelet holes. I have a small wrist and had to punch a hole in the new watch band so I could wear it.

Good product at a decent price. Shipping was good as well.

Service was professional and on time. I was kept informed throughout the repair process and my watch was returned in excellent condition.

The service and repair of my watch were excellent. The only reason this was not a five star rating is that the original price quote I thought was too high. When I refused service it was magically reduced by $100. The work was then performed professionally and quickly.

Total watch repair did an outstanding job on my Nighthawk. However, I was a little disappointed that I had been led to believe that I could get a sapphire crystal installed only to be told as the watch was being shipped that it was not possible due to sourcing issues. That was a major disappointment. So I’m still not clear if it is not possible to have a sapphire crystal installed or if one was simply not available at the moment. But my overall experience is positive and the technician did a superb job. My watch looks as beautiful as the day I got it.

Could not fix my watch. No available parts. (Old watch) But TWR was ez to work with. Pretty much just had to pay for shipping back. Appreciate honesty.

After I approved repair, my watch was sent back in a timely manner. My watch looks like new and runs well.
