Total Watch RepairReviews of totalwatchrepair.com

Has not arrived on time. I cannot give a rating for something that has not been delivered

I'd inquired about a watch band about a year and a half ago totally forgot about it and they reached out to me to let me know it was back in stock and I was able to purchase it

I needed to add links to an older Eco-drive Citizen watch with a metal band. Alan responded quickly to my inquiry and correctly identified the dark gold links for my band. Shipping was quick and my overall customer experience was great. Alan and the TWR crew have earned a repeat customer!

Product exactly what was needed. Overall service excellent!

Genuine Citizen OEM replacement watch band.

Rask levering. Flott produkt.

Service was very good. I did have to return the item. The pictured item was not what I received. I did receive a prepaid return label for the refund.

Band was back ordered 8 weeks on Citizen website and was $30 more. Total watch repair had it available and shipped within minutes of ordering. I received it in a couple of days. I am very pleased with Total Watch Repair!
