is this even a company? no customer support, not sending packages etc

Scam company avoid!!! I placed an order, didn’t receive the items and chased numerous times with no response. Luckily I ordered through PayPal so I raised a case and received a refund but please avoid this company, obviously a massive scam

Placed an order for cards and card tins etc, delivered incorrectly and a month later still haven’t received any updates from customer services let alone the items ordered. Telephone directs you to the website due to Covid outbreak, website issue standard email acknowledgment but goes no further and there is no escalation to the issue. Therefore left out of pocket for unwanted goods and still wanting the correct goods. Stalemate and they have my money, I will never purchase from this company ever again, simply outrageous.

Total and utter scam. Order placed on the 1st September 2022. Emailed on 1st October and received an automated reply saying it was being dealt with and not to submit a duplicate query. After another week of not receiving a reply, I submitted another two emails. All correspondence has been ignored. I tried phone several times to which an answering machine message states the 'office is closed due to COVID', which is of course highly doubtful. This information is publicly available. Received a box of F1 cards instead of the Cricket Attax that I ordered, filled out a contact form immediately and still not heard back from them almost a month later

Stay away,. My order 6 weeks has yet to arrive. No customer support at all,. Its a scam

AVOID Its been a month since I ordered and when I asked about how much longer it would be a man called Alex Bano answered and automatically cancelled my order, since it was limited edition I can no longer order them again. Very disappointed

If I could give them a zero review I would!.. do not order from these they are terrible!..placed an order for my son beginning of August it’s been over a month and still waiting!...emailed them regarding the order they sent an automated email back 9 days ago, sent 3 emails since not heard a thing from them and still not received my items quick enough to take my money!..it’s now been 7 weeks and still no respond from the company or item received, I’ve now emailed them regarding a full refund absolutely disgusting company do NOT order from them
