Changed the rules on their promotion so they didn't have to fulfill their obligation. I selected a player to get a hit on a certain day and he did. They told me be patient the bonus card is coming. Waited several months, checked back and they said I didn't win. Showed them the email trail. No response.

Brought 2 Topps cards for a Christmas present and only one was sent tried ringing no answer emailed and no reply these people are scamming people, Don't ring them, even if they do not answer you will be charged for the call, I got charged £8 for calling 4 times with no answer it is a premium rate number, I think this is there scam they do not fulfill your order then wait for you to call them has you would if you did not receive your order or only part of it, then watch the money from the calls roll in, Avoid these scamming id!ots Avoid!!!!!!! Topps why can't you still get it right? I've been buying Topps cards since the 1980s and I recently bought the 2021 and 2022 complete sets I also bought a hobby box of 2022 and the cards are still way off center. I mean why? It's 2022 and you still can't get your centering right! This will be the last year I buy your product

Worst customer support. Takes ages to ship. Do not order here. Your money will be stolen.

Ordered on 27th November with 5-7 day deliver. hear nothing. Emailed and called. I then requested it to be cancelled. They tried to blame Royalmail strikes which hadn't even happened then!! After I requested to be cancelled, the tracking magically changed to 'sender has dispatched package to us' Basically, they don't have stock (which doesn't show on the site) Horrific customer service. TOPPS - Get an 'in stock' notification on your site. Its 2022

Echt lachhaft.

Ordered 2 advent calendars 16 days ago... Still not been delivered or received any delivery details and still no response from topps to my 3 emails I've sent... I even attempted to call them with no joy. This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. AVOID AVOID AVOID...
