Their cards have gone downhill. They have not kept up and honestly are still around based on their name only. If their name is tarnished, they have nothing to fall back on. Other companies like kakawow and union arena make WAY cooler cards. I was so disappointed in Topps Disney cards. How do you take magic away from Disney, have Topps charge an arm and a leg for their Disney cards for them to be boring and repetitive.

Ordered the Olympics Lebron/Curry/Durant "Topps Now" card on August 12th. Was supposed to ship 7-10 business days after the selling window closed (Aug 13th). A week later, the shipping window was amended to 10-13 business days, or Aug. 29th at the latest. I receive an email Sept. 3rd stating the item should be shipped by the 5th. On the night of the 5th, I receive another email saying the item is delayed and should ship no later than Sept 26th. I get a single delay- maybe 2 but to keep promising and missing dates is something I'd expect from a small business in over their heads. Not much else to say other than sayonara to my account at Topps once this card is delivered. Update: Got an email from Topps a few hours after posting this review that my order has been shipped. Normally good news, but here's the issue: Topps is sending out short/super short prints of this base card with random orders, meaning some lucky customers will get an additional second card of higher value. Receiving the "shipped" email only a few hours after this review (and the shipping delay email I received) suggests that Topps did a good faith, one-off individual ship of my card- effectively removing me from the scheduled print run and the chance at that second card. The 2 stars reflects this specific ordering instance- not the company.

Leider ist die Bestellung vom 2.7. immer noch nicht angekommen. Geld wird sofort abgebucht, geliefert wird nix. Support meldet sich auch nicht. Eine sehr schlechte Wahl der UEFA. Update vom 14.8. Bestellung ist endlich angekommen.

The order of McDonald’s All American basketball players box came damaged. The item is a gift and should be in pristine condition. The only recourse I was given was a 10% discount on a future purchase. I was told to open the box and the packs to check for damaged cards. That certainly wouldn’t do for a gift! Didn’t find customer service very helpful. I feel I should have received a replacement once this box was returned. The only good thing was a quick delivery and a quick response…but no resolution.

Ordered a week ago - only delivered 1 / 3 parts. Hear nothing back from them after one week of calling, emailing and messaging. Eventually the other 2 parts arrive a week later. Topps really need to improve their email comms around delivery times and when parts of your order are out for delivery.
