Byron Center-I was alone, wanted a quick wash pulled up to the attendant to pay cash, guess what no cash sales. Attendant took my card and asked “you guys ever think about our unlimited membership” He then said “ you guys are set, and bundled my card with a bunch of junk mail which I did not want. When I said I just would like my card back, he went full butt hurt salesman. As I drove into the wash lane he was still yelling out the window-“My pleasure! Have a great day!” I will never darken the stoop of this place again.

Avoid this place. I paid $25 for 'The Works' and only got a basic wash. When I came back to get what I actually paid for, I tried to buy a $5 detail kit, and they hit my card for $10, claiming they'll refund the difference in 10 days. A car wash isn't a bank; if a product is $5, charge $5. I’m tired of tracking down my own money and dealing with their mistakes. I won't be back.

I had a terrible experience at this car wash on 4/24/26. My vehicle was properly loaded onto the track, but during the wash it was pushed off, which caused significant damage to the front end — specifically the bumper and grille. The total repair cost is $3,100. I reported the issue immediately, and video footage was reviewed, which did not show any driver error. Despite this, the company still claimed it was “driver error” and refused to take responsibility. Any attempt to dispute this or work toward a resolution fell on deaf ears. I understand that issues can happen with automated systems, but how a business responds is what matters. In this case, the lack of accountability and willingness to stand behind their service was very disappointing. I would recommend others use caution — if something goes wrong, don’t expect much support.

My wife went thru the tunnel and the cleaning cloth that hangs from the machine got caught on her drivers side mirror. It dislodged the mirror and it will not stay in place. There are countless reports of mirror damage online. They have the video of the car going thru the tunnel but will not take responsibility. DO NOT GO TO TOMMY’s CAR WASH!!

Only one star because one worker young man was a very honest good man who answered my ? And helped I will hire him when god lets me bye my own car wash.the brushes dirty always power washer broken tire shine broken and they charge 40plus for the works which not worth it here . The cleaning of rubber carpets which old owner did this new owner of 8 month just about the money I will never go to a Tommy wash again I rather let a 15 year old wash my car.

Tommy's Express Car Wash is one of three in my area. (Raeford Road, Fayetteville). I had been putting off getting her (Lexi) washed since dreading all the pollen, small wiggly tree remnants, and dead leaves. Not to mention the bird poop. My baby was being neglected. Finally decided today, with little sleep behind me, to check out Tommy's Express Car Wash. Max was great in explaining everything, including the policy for military discounts. He was as courteous as all the staff I encountered and seemed not to be bothered as I got to know the lay of the land in using the vacuum cleaner. It was free to use, and I really needed to restore my Accord to her former Diva status. Thank you, Max. I know that I will be returning again to have my chariot washed. Terrific experience to begin the week ahead

Always very helpful to me. Sometimes my app doesn't want to work but they always come to my car & fix the problem for me. Shout out to Austin at the Lawrenceville, Georgia location. He asked if I needed help with while I was vacuuming my car & offered me a car deodorizer to hang in my car. Love that!! My clean car smells like it's at the beach. Tks Austin!!

Westland Location Be careful. Tore my drivers windshield blade off. Went in to retrieve the blade. Only comment "things happen" "sorry" . At the blowers. Very disappointing. That was an expensive wash. John Phillips
