Tommy's Express Car WashReviews of tommys-express.com

Wednesday today to use a coupon that was presented with from Tommy's and come to find out when I got there that the backs are not free you have to download the app to use a vacuum cleaners I was never advised about that before I went and then there's a $2 charge to use the mat cleaners again said nothing about either of these things on the coupon car came out just fine disappointed with the back system it didn't work because I was not made aware I had to download the dopey app the manager seemed but the set of the Allendale Michigan location because I don't know which line to go into there was a cashier wine and I guess a member line so I went into the number line wave my coupon trying to get somebody's attention he came out and said I was rude and patient which I'm not I'm disabled American better and I felt like he was being very rude and so I won't be coming back to that location again disappointing managerial technique I explained it was my first time there it didn't matter to him he's just a little hot head he needs to go back and learn how to manage a facility correctly don't be so damn rude Charles Edkins

My car does come out clean, The wax and ceramic coating, really doesn’t seem to have any effect, as far as putting any type of a protective coding on my vehicle. There is no tire scrubbing cleaning , or shining, treatment . The vacuums were great, vacuum hoses could be a little longer.

I have gone many times and my car is always very wet. Also, their prices are very high. The fact that they try to sell their "cleaning package" for $5 is ridiculous. Every other place has spray bottles and towels.

This car wash at 15th and I35 used to be coulter car wash and never had a problem paid $40/month not one complaint. Since changed to Tommy it is aggravating to try and get through the gate I pull up and wait every time even though there is no need I am patient but sometimes I have to honk one time a kid yelled at me.looking for a new car wash

The wash is good but the company's policy is not consumer friendly. Long story short, my nearby location has not been operational for a full week so I wrote to Tommy's CS asking for a week extension. They refused any responsibility and quoted a fine print that occasional shutdown is to be expected. Real nice!

Most of the car was quite clean, however, the back was not cleaned, especially near the bumper. The tires were not cleaned well either, and I paid more for that. Fore the price I paid, the wash wasn't worth it! I will stick with my regular car wash or wash myself!

I loved going to the location in Fargo when it was custom express car wash. I’ve gone twice now since it changed to Tommy’s and I’ve been disappointed both times. They didn’t spray well enough prior to going through and almost none of the bugs on my front bumper came off, even though I paid for the most expensive level car wash. The second time there was nobody even there to spray down prior to going through or guide me onto the track. They will no longer be receiving my money!

I tried tommy car wash for the first and last time. It bent my front license plate. If you have anxiety this car wash is not for you.
