I just made a call to the company and the propaganda of a family plan is a hoax and
the free month too, they say that up to 3 vehicles, but what they do not say is that there is such a plan they charge for each car, that in my opinion is a scam for the consumer, very careful.

Poor Establishment All Around
I have been a member of Tommy’s for about three years. When I lived in Hays, KS, Tommy’s was my only option for this type of car wash. However, now that I’m in Wichita, I’ve decided it’s time to take my business elsewhere.
I had the $15/month WORKS membership for my 3/4-ton truck. Since I live on dirt roads, I always asked for the tire shine to be turned off, but it was only done about half the time. Additionally, every wash left soap and water in and on my mirrors. Once I pulled out of the wash, it would continue dripping down the sides of my truck for at least 10 miles, leaving streaks on what was supposed to be a freshly washed vehicle.
I also had an issue with my account that couldn’t be resolved at the local store, so I was given Tommy’s corporate phone number. Getting in touch with someone was extremely difficult, and when I did get through, I received different answers from different representatives, with no clear resolution.
After three years of membership and these repeated experiences, I’ve decided to move on to Club Carwash. I’m happy to pay a little more for better service, consistent results, and greater attention to detail. I understand that no car wash is perfect, but I expect the services I pay for to be performed consistently and customer concerns to be handled professionally. Unfortunately, Tommy’s has fallen short of those expectations.

Do not buy their car wash
Do not buy their car wash, they will RIP you off.
Tommy Car Wars is the worst car wash I've ever experienced with.
30-day free trial is not free. They will lie to you. They will mislead you.
I strongly believe employers don't even understand the way their system work.
I received an e-mail with free 30-day car wash.
I went to car wash on Chiquita in Cape Coral.
They told me it's free only if I will purchase works car wash for$26 per month.
The girl behind the counter were asking me weird questions.
Then the girl gave me a paper application with some Unrelated questions to a car wash,
so, I can go home and apply online. I ask her if we can avoid all that, can we do this here and now?
So, to get a free car wash she told me I need to pay $26.
Anyway, make it long story short, they charge me $26. Today I went back to car wash,
and very rude person told me that I am paying for works car washi told them.
I told them that girl told me in order for me to get 30-day free car wash I need to buy works. So, he said,
the works is not free. I told them it was a bunch of misleading and BS.
They would not refund my money; they told me that
I have to leave and never come back, and I was banned from this car wash.
So I only washed once for $26. The 30-day free trial is not free.
Be careful. They will lie to you. They will mislead you.

Worst car wash ever
Worst car wash ever. Not only was my car still dirty, it was also damaged. The truck behind me knocked into me. He had a bigger Ford. Im in a kia forte. Guy in front of me was also a truck. They need to not jam two or three vehicles in at once. A better wash and safer for cars. Also, why not put a truck side and a car side? Will never give a dime to them again.

Avoid this location
Avoid this location! I had a horrible experience with the Menifee (Newport Road) franchise over the weekend, specifically due to terrible customer service from the manager on duty. She was incredibly rude and flat-out refused to do her job or correct a billing error made on their end.
They managed to charge two separate credit cards of mine, even charging one of those cards twice for the exact same monthly billing cycle. Instead of fixing their own system mistakes, the manager refused to help and forced me to go directly to their corporate office to get it resolved.
To make matters worse, this franchise then cancelled my membership immediately after full payment was successfully taken for the month. They are now refusing to let my company use the account for the remaining 28 already paid billing days.
I have already filed a formal complaint with corporate Tommy's Express against this specific manager, but I want to warn the local community. There are a vast amount of brand new, much better car wash options in the Menifee and Lake Elsinore area—do not waste your money or deal with the headache at this Newport Road location.

My experience mirrors many of those in…
My experience mirrors many of those in this site. The wash damaged my truck. It ripped the badge off the hood.
They said that they would contact me. They never did.
When I called, I spoke to a young man who would not give me his name. He would not give me his manager’s name. What are they trying to hide?
He did tell me that they would not cover the damages to my truck as he believed that the badging was separated before I entered the wash. This is not the case. The truck is less than two months old.
Overall poor customer service and subterfuge. I encourage you to do business elsewhere.

I am extremely upset and disappointed…
I am extremely upset and disappointed with what just happened at this Tommy’s Express Car Wash.
My husband had some barrels secured in the back of our vehicle. An employee stopped the machinery and asked my husband to roll down his window. My husband clearly explained that the barrels were secure and specifically asked them not to move or touch anything in the back. Despite this, the employees continued insisting that the barrels needed to be removed.
While my husband’s window was STILL DOWN and we were speaking with the employee, someone inside restarted the car wash machinery. Water sprayed directly through the open window, soaking the inside of our vehicle and both my husband and me.
This was completely unacceptable. If your employees stop the car wash and instruct a customer to roll down a window, there should be absolutely no possibility of someone restarting the machinery while that window is still open. This was not simply an inconvenience—it showed a serious lack of communication and attention to customer safety.
We entered the car wash expecting a normal and safe service, not to have the interior of our vehicle and ourselves soaked because the equipment was restarted while an employee was still speaking to us through an open window.
I am extremely frustrated with how this situation was handled, and I sincerely hope management reviews what happened and takes appropriate action so another customer does not have to experience the same thing.

Mala atención a clientes
