I would give 0 if possible. I usually don't like giving bad reviews but this one is warranted. Absolutely poor customer service!!! Booking.com (BDC) wasn't connected via API connection, and they were saying that it is an issue with bdc. However, we have now tested with another PMS provider - BDC connects perfectly (via an API connection). Tokeet promised a call to resolve the issue, but I never heard back from them. Tokeet's system messed up our calendars and caused double bookings - costly for us and a waste of time. Guests were also getting the same message multiple times - Tokeet mentioned this was an issue reported by other users also. We would strongly recommend to NOT use Tokeet! They seemed like a baby trying to learn to walk. DO NOT waste your money or time!!!

Customer service is none existent. They share help articles that are not relevant. There is no support on the new CM and you are expected to have a 30 minute call and know what you are doing. I found that the rates were very slow in moving to the OTA's. On the onboarding call I was booked in with one person however the call ended up with three support members on as they were all unsure on how to use the systems. I was then told at the end of the call to get in touch if I struggled but found that my messages were ignored. I have been with Tokeet for over a year but looking at the competitors its clear to see that they are falling behind. I have tried to use the new CM system but found it more tedious then Tokeet and very slow. They promise a lot but never deliver.
