We chose Tokeet to integrate bookings between Airbnb and our website after reading mainly positive reviews, especially about their support. The integration to Airbnb appeared seamless but it takes some effort (as with any system) to get to know the software to make it all work as you need it. The support in this regard has been excellent. The support staff are very knowledgeable and patient, you may just have to wait a while to get a response but this hasn't been an issue for us. I think the main downside is that the basic channel manager system is very limited. To do simple things like send an auto email to a guest a few days prior to check in (despite the software suggesting this feature is available) is not possible without subscribing to their Automata module which doubles the price from $30 to £60 month for two rentals. That's a big uplift when we won't use the wider functionality of the module. My advice is check what you need from a booking management system and make sure you know the full cost before you sign up. Tokeet is well worth a look but in my opinion but only offers 90% of basic functionality we expected. Whilst it looks very competitive, it quickly gets expensive if you need to sign up to additional modules.

Tokeet is great for integrating booking platforms and calendars. It is useless at managing KPIs and financial info.

It has a good potential, and a good team to help you but it is not intuitive and the price increased a lot this year right (30%) without any new feature that you don't have to subscribe for. It help me but don't avoid me to connect everywhere so I think I invest for the future at the moment.

Tokeet is a pretty good system overall. Based on the research I've done, it's the best bang for your buck in terms of all the functionality you get for your subscription. For example, for $40 a month I get: channel manager, digital document hosting/signing, a basic website with built in payment portal, automation tools, and a pricing tool. That being said, the major con to all this is that the system is not very intuitive at all. You will have to put in a lot of effort to get everything synced and working correctly. You will have to spend a good bit of time having chat room conversations where they won't respond to you for an hour plus a lot of the time. And this is coming from an IT professional, so this isn't just a technically inept person ranting. Also I don't really think their pricing tool "RateGenie" has much in the way of stats for forecasting my rates. The suggested rates look very basic like what you'd get from the built-in AirBNB tool. RateGenie also lacks much of the customization options of competing tools. So I've stuck with PriceLabs for my pricing which is a shame as it would've been nice to trim the extra pricing tool cost. This may boggle the mind, but there are literally no standard 'check in the box' alert settings in the account options for this tool. You have to literally create 'Triggers' in the Automation portion of the tool like a software admin just to get basic push notifications or emails. So if you think you're up to the challenge, you'll get a lot of functionality for your sub cost, but be ready to roll up your sleeves. Suggestions for the Tokeet devs: -For goodness sake please get an API for Homeaway -Put some kind of message labels and color coding in the alerts and messages so we can can quickly know which channel it was generated from instead of it all being in one giant pile. -Please fix how your AirBNB api keeps pulling invalid guest email addresses into the reservations. -Stop making excuses and get these basic customer needs addressed, asap, before you get surpassed.

Actually we experienced difficulty with the cross over with the guest calendar and our customer account with Booking .com in order that it could be be managed by TOKEET. Procedure was too complicated for staff that only had the basic computer literacy .

I've used Tokeet for 3-4 months... The interface and features are great. However their integration with Airbnb has started breaking down, this has affected many users and is the reason I've decided to look for a different Property Management System / Chanel Manager
