I am utterly frustrated with this company/product! Having patchy customer service with a live chat that is not really live unless you are in a US time zone! I use it for Booking.com and Airbnb and it all of a sudden updated my prices and minimum stay without me changing them and I have lost money in the hottest season and there is nothing anyone can do! You can't call them (line not working) and they wouldn't call me! I am looking for something else. Anything else would be better and cheaper as they already made me lose money! (I am not a wingy person and most certainly know my way around technology, but boy, has this been a frustrating journey over all!)

Horrible customer service, at the first look everything looks great but as you start using it everything seems so loosely tied together and will be a week before you get your head around the product in the first instance. When things don't work, CS just wants to stay away from the problem, I spoke to 5 different customer service representatives, none of them came to me after I explained the problem. Total waste of time, the product is insufficient for reliability and customer care is at its worst in the industry.

I've used Tokeet for 3-4 months... The interface and features are great. However their integration with Airbnb has started breaking down, this has affected many users and is the reason I've decided to look for a different Property Management System / Chanel Manager
