I find that the communication during connection to your system is very poor. Weher there are difficulties or mist understanding in the process with your organisation there is ansolutely no representation for assistance with connection. Your organisation in my opinion is one of those online service without customer service. You are so distance that one can only speak to a voice mail and sit for a return call which never comes. I like your calendar which I think is really good and I tried to connect to it a few times without any luck and no one to speak with for assistance. You could do better if there was a bit of customer service assistance. Regards Leonard
