I just had the best customer support experience ever and now I feel compelled to write this review. I was having a lot of trouble working with the program and the lady stayed on the phone with me for 1.5 hours walking me through everything.

Tokeet is extremely impressive for the simple fact that the quality EXCEEDS my previous channel managers..for much cheaper. What on earth is going on here? I started using Automata alongside Tokeet (they're actually made to work with each other) and that opened a lot of doors for me in terms of what I thought was possible for a single person to achieve with a busy vr company.

Where to start? Interface is sleek and the layout is straightforward, the program functions very quickly compared to a lot of other web-apps I use, and they have all the features the "big guys" have. I don't know what else to say.

It took me a few months, but I finally found the perfect channel manager. Tokeet offers everything and more at the cheapest price I've seen for their features. They charge just a few dollars per property and don't take any money from your bookings. The user interface is nice and clean too, which is more than I can say for the other web-based managers I've seen.

My company switched to Tokeet in 2017 so I have had a lot of time to get used to it. They made some huge add ons and improvements in that time, so it's pretty cool that the price stays the same. I'm managing 26 individual rental houses right now without any issues.

If I could give zero stars I would. Tokeet has moved to version 3 and it has been an absolute disaster. Tokeet are only interested in getting you to sign up for their new add-ons which will quadruple the price I've been paying up to now. They've removed functionality from TV2 and forced me to move to TV3. A lot of my functionality has disappeared over night and they have created a mountain of work for me to do to try and get it close to what it was before. My advice is stay well clear of them. I'm stuck with them unless I take the plunge and move to another channel manager. The thought of moving fills me with dread however the thought of staying also fills me with dread.

They call themselves the most advanced software available, and I actually think that's true...you get so much more control over all of the details and parameters of everything from your listings right down to your website and pre-made email templates. Very sophisticated!

Been using tokeet for a couple years now and they've definitely pulled away as one of the best VR management programs around. TP is suspiciously down about them -_-
