Because I can not use Rategenie. In my Country Romania Booking.com only accept prices in my current curency. So if I set in Tokeet price 50 E/night booking Would understand that is 50 Ron which means 50Ron=10Euro. If I set on tokeet 250 booking would understand tha 250Roni=45Euro but the other platforms AIRBNB would understand euro. So in Rategenie I am not able to setup limits which are good to booking and Airbnb the same time. Ty

Good service, but expensive for micro business

I have tried several other channel managers and kept coming back to Tokeet. They do everything that other channel managers do - if not more - at much more affordable price range.

Manageable for technically minded people, however be warned they will willingly overcharge you if they can and will not then refund you the money they’ve overcharged you. Despite talking to a VP of client services (it’s an American company so VP doesn’t mean much) who admitted they overcharged me, they still wouldn’t refund me the money. Edit: Had to provide an update as they’ve replied and there’s no way to reply to their reply. Basically they’ve just concocted a story about their CEO contacting me, this never happened. They chose to overcharge me, it wasn’t our choice. It was only noticed that they decided to upgrade our package to something we didn’t need or want some months down the line. When we asked for a refund as this was never chosen by us, they simply told us refunds were not in their policy and that we could take some free months instead. At that point we’d already lost faith in the platform and had migrated our properties to another platform. We did mention this to them and that this offer was essentially useless to us, but they wouldn’t budge and we’re equally as arrogant and condescending as the reply below! My review above still stands, okish platform if your technically minded, but the customer service is extremely poor.

This review is absurdly exaggerated and biased. Chris' own team requested the plan level he was charged for, and then he wanted to be retroactively refunded all the money he already paid us as if they had done it right in the first place. Sometimes customers set plan levels that match their strategy and aspirations; this is not unusual. No one EVER "admitted to overcharging;" we just agreed that in retrospect he didn't need to sign up for a plan that large. Our CEO approved free service for a period that more than covered the cost of the overspend, and Chris decided to threaten a lawsuit and then run over here to write this "review." Take this one with a huge grain of salt, folks. --- reply to his edit --- I never said our CEO talked to him directly, just that he authorized the offer. After seeing that I revealed the whole story in my response, Chris re-posted this exact same misleading review as if it happened yesterday. Thankfully, TrustPilot isn't putting up with it. I don't know why he keeps airing this grudge; he's embarrassing himself more every time. Maybe he ask his lawyer to get money from Netflix because he didn't watch it enough last month, or his mobile company because he didn't use enough data to justify his plan.
