TirebuyerReviews of tirebuyer.com

I've used them twice and they are 2/2 dropping the ball with installation. Prices are good and tires get delivered but there is ZERO follow thru to make sure install goes smoothly. Especially via PepBoys. You will have to schedule and/or make changes to the appointment yourself and make sure PepBoys has correct install dates and install rates.

Two weeks after ordering zero communication still. Try to get refund and tires were sitting at installer for 10 days. Now have to wait for tires to ship back for refund, which I probably won't be notified about.

Do not recommend. I made a mistake placing a late night order. I called at 0600PST and spoke to someone who spoke better English than I speak Punjabi. He stated that my order had been canceled and that I would receive a cancellation confirmation email. I was suspect because he did not verify any of my information when he asked for the order number. 4hrs later I get an email notification that my order has shipped. Called back and was told that FedEx had already shipped. They must have had a driver sleeping in the warehouse parking lot. Bad experience. Do not recommend.

Blanca was great to deal with. When my first shipment of tires was lost, she was all over it. My appointment with New England tire went very smoothly. The people there could not have been nicer. I would not hesitate to use both N E Tire again and Tirescanner again. The waver of the installation fee was an added bonus.

Overall, it appears to be a very good service, although with some mishaps w/ coordination. Customer service is excellent.

Wow. First off, tirescanner is a great way to source your next set of tires. I was looking for a niche size and no problems finding options at the most competitive price. Once the purchase was made, their customer service champions truly carried the torch: if you have the pleasure working with Blanca Iris Guzman you’ll be in great hands. Professional and super responsive throughout. What a great experience. Will be using tirescanner again for the next set of tires.

I have bought two sets of tires from Tirescanner. Both transactions have been excellent from the pricing to installation and post sale service. I highly recommend them.

So glad to have found this site, its like kayak for buying tires! Blanca was super helpful w. the purchase & coordinating the appointments with the installer. Tires were delivered & installed as planned, very happy!
