I had to get two specific OEM front tires which makes it impossible to get a good price. You either buy four and get a discount with next day install or buy two full price and wait a week, I couldn't wait. What I found was that tirescanner was only showing up on bing search engine, not google. Anyway, I found my tires with a 10% coupon. It cost less for tirescanner to change my tires in my driveway than to take the car to the shop 5 miles away. After paying for the tires online you get a call and email from Blanca who sets up your appointment which I scheduled for 2 days out. The installer called me to ask if he could come the next day to install, that's like having Amazon next day delivery and paying for Prime 2 day!! Bonus! Installer shows up right on time and was done in less than an hour. Blanca sent a follow up email to make sure everything was good. She's great at customer service and a pleasure to do business with. She has wonderful customer service skills, was very thorough during the entire order and follow up letting us know tracking, etc. Blanca was a joy to speak to, patient, knowledgeable, clear instructions and so very helpful. All went smoothly, thanks especially for Blanca’s assistance every step of the way. Without their assistance this would have been a bit more onerous and costly, as the true shop was not very cooperative in the process. I feel there are some areas that need improvement, such as scheduling (no appointment available at shop), install differentials and communication between tire scanner the shop and the customer. In saying that, I greatly valued the service and Tirescsanners dedication to fill those gaps and make the overall experience very good.

Overall I saved about $100 on better quality tires than quoted to me buying direct from the installer's business and I did not occur any additional fees beyond the price quoted for installation. Well this is one of the best experience I had of getting a tire fix I didn’t had to go to the tire shop and see if they have the tire I need and if is a good price so I’m very have I bump into this website look for tire I needed buy it and they tell you what shop to go and even make an appointment for you so I was very please and on top that they have reps that Tex you and email you your order and appointment and double check that everything went fine with it. I found out about Tirescanner from Jalopnik (thanks J) at the time when I needed front tires. I checked the prices and it was a good deal and also surprised Tirescanner can get them because my car uses stupid skinny tires (BMW i3). Paypal screwed up the payment so I called Tirescanner to fix this, and ended on the phone (again surprisingly easy to talk to a real person - Thank you so much, Blanca Iris). Tire buying has been so easy and I saved some money too. I picked the installer closest to me (High 5 Tires) with good install pricing. I would buy from Tirescanner again.
