Great experience

The Selection was great . And the service was Fast

Bought tires Wednesday and website touted Friday delivery - Saturday appt. Friday rolls around and was notified the delay. So pushed it back to Tuesday appt for install. Went there Tuesday and only part of delivery was there so I drove 30 minutes to the install location only to be turned back. At this point, I thought I was scammed out of my money. At least the company was responsive DURING normal business hours, but the wait for the response for my tires just wasn't the inconvenience I paid for. I went back Wednesday afternoon for the install. The truck delivery of tires arrived yesterday afternoon. The installer noted that there's no paperwork or notification for the tires dropped off at their location. They just had to figure out who's it was by the tire type. Not purchasing through these guys again.

Poor service! I’ve had an issue three days and it is yet to be solved

They ultimately follwed thru on my order but there were a few snags on the 4 tires I ordered. The good: The tires that they shipped came fast enough and the price was competitive. The bad: They only shipped 2 of the 4 tires I ordered, and were unable to give me an ETA on the remaining 2. The end result: I asked for a refund on the 2 tires. They processed it, though it took about 6 days to see the money refunded. Overall, they did the right thing by me, just things fell a little short, hence 3 stars.

My experience with Tire Buyers was fine, but my experience with Lamb's was NOT!!!! I will not go back to them for anything!! I was willing to WAIT for my tires to be installed, but they acted like it was like disobeying the word of God, even though they HAVE a WAITING ROOM!!! Even AFTER the tires were installed, I got a lecture about waiting, that they don't give appointment times and waiting was a NO NO!! They also acted like they had NO relationship with Tire Buyers, and it seemed they were perturbed that I bought the tires from you guys, but had them installed there! They said they had NO contract with Tire Buyers to do that, although they KNEW who you were, and to be honest, I THINK the reason I got all the friggin attitude from them was because I didn't buy the tires from them, which is hilariously funny to me, because I went to them three weeks ago to buy these very tires, and they (Phillip) said they couldn't supply those particular tires, so I left, and then found them on your website, and was surprised to see all the Lamb stores on your site for the install!! I think they were not happy because I didn't buy THEIR tires!!!! Won't go back there again, but I WILL keep Tire Buyers in mind the next time I need tires!!
