Excellent delivery/Excellent install
Thanks for your help. David & John were able to work me in Monday afternoon for the install. AWESOME! The delivery time was excellent. The installer IS excellent! All-round = PERFECT EXPERIENCE! My order kept getting delayed
My order kept getting delayed. First they delayed it by two days and then another two days. Customer service seemed disorganized. The tire installer actually told me the tires were installed before Tire Buyer even told me they were delivered. At least they seemed sorry and gave me a discount for the hassle. If you need a reliable delivery date, I would avoid this company.

Great prices and selection
Great prices and selection. Shipping was a bit convoluted, and I had to call:email back and forth to get a new installation date because shipment was slightly delayed. Customer service was effective and attentive though.

The installer that was listed on the…
The installer that was listed on the approved list of installers was horrible. The pep boys made my son wait over 5 hours yesterday and still didn't install the tires. Today we rescheduled and they said it would take all day. We finally got so frustrated we took the tires from them and had them installed at a discount tire.
