I've not received my item yet, no matter your reassurance. You seem truly kind, but I've had a lot of problems with this item. Firstly the offer is not clear, and I've bought the wrong version, then the tracking is fixed from 19 days. So, I'm not happy. Bye

It is in the description we explain how the item is like being framed and unframed and makes it easy for people to choose the pieces they want. Some people prefer just canvas without frame. My over priced canvas art took several weeks to arrive and when it showed up, the words on the print were backwards! I have been trying to reach customer service and did receive one email asking for pictures of the defective print. I sent the pictures, tried to call but no response yet after several days. If they make things right I will update my review.

The Customer Service number you have on your Web Site does not work , I paid for express Delivery and I haven’t received anything , I would like for you to please cancel my Order and I would like a total refund ,I check my Order status again today and I still haven’t anything , Once again, please cancel my Order and I requesting a full refund !!!

The blanket did not have the thick fleece backing that it claimed to have. There was no white fleece border around the blue image. It is not as thick as it should be.

Absolutely disgusted with my purchase and the company. Took over 2 months to receive item and only received excuses to avoid refunding me after multiple requests. Item showed up and it was by far the worst thing I have ever seen. Threw it in the trash and know that I will never be refunded because this company is a con. DO NOT USE!!!
