They did not have the merchandise that I ordered but they did exchange the merchandise immediately. However, shipping does take a really long time.

Made in China and is taking way too…
Made in China, shipping from China and is taking way too long. Said it was a US company but a foreign charge was on my credit card. Terrible all the way around.

Hi Gary, we are a US-based company and we have an office here in the USA, however, we do have many fulfillment centers in many countries, it depends on the type and style of the item, some are imported from other countries due to the fact that our factory takes resources there. Joke of a Company
It has taken forever to get package. People use Covid 19 as an excuse. This is bull on your part. Tried tracking package. It did not even come up. So I emailed like it said. Guess what ?? NO RESPONSE BACK. This is crap service. Hope to get package some month, and never use this company again !!!!!

They Customize Everything!!!
The people at Tinohouse have been my number one go-to for all of my custom decor. I got their bedspread and curtains to match. They also have done a masterful job of creating hands down the coolest Rick and Morty canvas I've ever seen. I hope they sell more of these because it is incredible work. Customer service is the best I've ever dealt with and they are usually better priced then all the other websites of this kind. Highly recommend!
