Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your disappointment and always do our best to carefully assess each bag for warranty coverage. Our lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, while damage from regular wear and tear may not qualify depending on the condition of the bag and the repairs needed. Customers are responsible for shipping bags to our repair facility, and we help cover return shipping costs whenever possible. We understand international shipping can be expensive and appreciate your feedback regarding the overall experience.
