Awesome product quality and well protected shipping!

Received quality sample quickly. Sample was as shown on website

Great company! Great product, my real surprise was how well they packed the tile. It’s was so obvious they took great care in packing everything and tied down to a pallet!! Great job!

It's the most beautiful tile I've ever seen. It was shipped quickly and very well packaged. I would definitely buy from Tile Club again.

The tile delivered was what I expected. I changed my mind about what I wanted, and purchased from a brick and mortar tile store.

Tile Club has an incredible selection of beautiful tiles. I ordered multiple samples and placed an order based on the sample we preferred. The tiles ordered did arrive timely. The order did look a bit of a different color than the sample, however, I assumed it was due to the paper backing and believed it would match once installed. Long story short, our installed tile did not match the sample and sadly I much preferred the sample. I reached out to customer service and Ashlee was understanding of the situation. After a few conversations, she was able to offer an acceptable resolution for the discolored tiles. Based on the great selection and excellent customer service I'd definitely buy from Tile Club again.

The response was prompt, intelligent and extremely helpful. Thank you.

Love your unusual and unique selections!!
