Loved the customer service here. I couldn’t decide on the tile for my kitchen backsplash and the girl from customer support went above and beyond to help me. After I described what I wanted she directed me to to the multiple product pages and once I made couple selections she even sent me pictures of actual tiles that I will receive. I can’t imagine getting this kind of service anywhere else. Thank you!!!

Amazing selection of tiles. I ordered 7 samples and one of them was exactly what we needed for our wet-bar backsplash. My order arrived in just 4 days

The initial sample we received did not contain the colors we had seen on the web site. When I contacted customer service, they promptly sent another tile. We liked it, ordered the tile for our kitchen backsplash and have installed it. It is beautiful!

These tiles are amazing, look so cool! Everybody thinks it’s wood but it’s porcelain).
