I was happy with the quality of the product. The quantity was the issue when I ordered too much product and wanted to return the product that was in excess, the return policy is not that friendly with the restocking fee and the cost to ship it back. Proved to be more than the product was in value.

We understand your frustration with our return policy and restocking fee. We do make these policies as accessible as possible on our website so people can see them before making a purchase, but the cost of shipping and handling heavy tile can still come as a surprise. In order to offer free shipping to our customers, we are not able to cover this cost for returns. Our Customer Support is always happy to help with tile calculations to try and avoid having excess you might need to return.

customer service is terrible
customer service is terrible. No clear communication and can’t talk to some one who can actually help. The 5% is for payments that have processed. My payment had not processed. I tried to resolve this with 30 minutes of my order being placed there is no way my order was processed to ship. Of course the people able to make decisions are only available via email. I was actually told I would get a call and never did.

Hello Catherine, we're sorry to hear this was your experience with Tile Club. Our Customer Service team did speak with you several times after your order was placed. They were happy to assist you to update the order to a different tile, and helped cancel it when you sent us a link to a website that is not ours and wanted tiles from another company. We refunded the full amount, less the 5% cancellation fee noted in the Cancellation Policy on our website. This applied as the order had already been processed for shipment. The refund has been submitted on our end but it may take several days for it to show up on your credit card statement. We understand that you may not be pleased with the retained 5%, but we have certainly tried to communicate our policies and work with you on a solution.

We were looking for a custom pattern in…
We were looking for a custom pattern in green tones for our bathroom and decided to try Tileclub. They showed us the picture of the actual custom sample just in 2 days. The tile came out gorgeous and we are waiting for a final calculations from our installer to place the order. The whole process of explaining them what we want and getting the sample pictures was very straightforward and fast. Thank you!

The tile is beautiful
The tile is beautiful. I wanted something a bit different than what I could find in local stores. Tile looked like it did online. Recieved shipment quickly.

Outstanding customer service
I needed a sample to be overnighted to me. I called them after 2 pm (I believe their cut off time for express orders is around noon) but they were kind enough to make an exception and shipped everything as requested. It’s a pleasure working with companies like this. Very rare nowadays
