Working with Tile Club has been pretty incredible. Samples came as actual size, are affordable and delivered quickly. I found the perfect tile and ordered a box (this too was delivered within a week of ordering). I had managed to mess up on the amount of tile I needed for the project, finding myself a few tiles short. I sent a quick email to the support team explaining my predicament (and my tight budget). They responded promptly with understanding and generously provided a courtesy discount for a second box. I'm happy, my client's wallet is happy, and I recommend them to anyone!

Tile club sends samples pretty quickly and packs them well. Other tile stores take forever to send samples out and I receive them damaged and without labels. I often forget I even ordered them because they take so long and they are cracked and in pieces.

WOULD NOT order from again. Buyer beware. Sent me tiles that looked NOTHING like the online picture. I wanted navy blue pencil tiles. Their pencil tiles are CHEAP and not the correct color and very small. I paid $89 total including a ridiculous $11 in shipping and $7+ in tax. And NOW, I am returning and everything has to be in original packaging, there is a 20% restock fee which is ridiculous, and there is no refund label. I have to create it and get it out the door via my own shipper and there are all these return rules. Will not order from again.

I recently placed a order and received notification that the package was delivered. However, I never received my order. I did call to notify Tile Club but was greeted by a very disgruntled staff. The end result is I still dont have my order and I have not been issued a refund. Instead, I was told I must call back in 15 days to file a claim. All I want is the tile that I ordered.

Needed a sample to ensure my choice after reading the details in their return policy. My sample is on back order. Annoying but no big deal. I get an email saying it’s back in stock and my order should be sent soon. Two days later, I get an email saying it’s still on back order and my patience is appreciated. ? I email requesting clarity and receive the response that the tile is in stock but not the samples of the tile…what? Break one and send it to me? What is going on? I need to wait two more weeks FOR A CORNER of something you have in stock?! They did communicate that they would send me a sample of something else they considered similar but I’m not interested in that. It took me months to decide already. I need the tile I requested, that you advertised and have in stock-but only in the size I couldn’t get a full refund on if I ordered it… Psh. Just go where there’s better return policies or a brick and mortar. This place is like dealing with a bank with no online options. Not necessary.

I love the look of my mirrored tile; however, my installer realized some of the tiles varied in size. That being said, layout your patterns in advance to ensure consistent size.

This is truly the prettiest tile I’ve ever seen. I’ve had it for almost a month and I can’t stop smiling every time I enter my master bathroom. It’s stunning, and everything I wanted. It looks like the underside of a wave, and it’s calming and soothing. I went through *so many* samples from other tile companies before finding Tile Club and my only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner! We ended up using Tile Club for all 3 bathroom renovations, as not only were their tiles superior, but their customer service was also superb!

The tiles were just what I wanted. Plus, they shipped fast.
