It took from March 13th till March 27th for my order to ship. I called every business day after not receiving tracking for my order just to find a full mailbox and could not leave a message. I sent email after email and got no response. I finally had to contact my bank and that same day my order shipped. I’m very disappointed in the customer service and the nasty email response I finally got 10 days after my order. It was completely uncalled for and I’ll be happy to post that response if you’d like. I’ll be finding another vendor for future orders. I understood getting my orders late when the supply chain was disrupted and when the weather was bad in your area but this was the 3rd time there’s been shipping issues and it was not handled in a processional manner. I’m done…..

I paid them and they never sent the product or even a confirmation email. They basically stole $89.99 from me. I've contacted their customer service several times and they haven't responded.

Updates on x, actually shipped product after pre-orders despite stock issues. So far they're trustworthy.

The company is having issues with supply of products, but they seem to have resolved many of them. Great stuff at great price.

My experience with this company is always fantastic! I cannot say that enough! I could give you many examples of how they treated me but I donot want to share my personal life with the public. Please trust me when I say they’re a good company to work with!! They truly care about their customers and doing the best for job for them!!!!

DO NOT ORDER ON BACK-ORDER I've been trying to contact them for the past three weeks and to think they'd be on back-order for this long. I was charged on cash app but I have yet to receive any official order number. I'd rather go to my local supply rather than deal with this for THREE WEEKS.

My package was lost in USPS system and still over 10 days later this company is not doing anything to correct the situation and btw the rewards program is a scam every time you login it says wrong password.

Place my order and sent payment on 3/13. I received 3 automated emails confirming receipt of my order but once I made payment I never heard back from them. When I attempted to reply to their emails they all were returned as undelivered. I tried calling but I get a message that their voicemail box is full. I found an email on this site to contact their customer service department and it looks like that email finally went through but I still have not received and update or any tracking information. Pretty terrible company. I won’t be ordering from this clown show ever again.
