Over promised and under delivered. Their site said same day shipping. I ordered Monday morning and asked for a tracking number. I heard back the next day saying it will ship “no later than Wednesday.” Stunned and disappointed, I accepted the news but asked for a tracking number again as soon as it shipped. No response after several follow-ups until Friday (by Thursday I asked if they would expedite my shipping at no extra cost and they told me to pound sand). I received a tracking number but it was stuck in the “label created, waiting on item,” status. I finally heard back the NEXT Monday stating it’ll ship later that day. I didn’t get my shipment until the following Thursday. DON’t order from them if you need the shipment delivered within 2 weeks.

This was my first time ordering from them, amid the supply fiasco of March 2025. I think they handled it as best they could, and it could've gone either way with me either being thrilled I was among the first orders out the door via preorder or regret locking up funds if id found another option, and sucks for me, it wound up the latter. Not in any way their fault, and it'd be silly to tint my experience as anything negative based on that. Payment was easy enough, prompt confirmation, order went out asap, quality and packaging was good, prices are competitive edging towards a bargain. They stood out by having a wide range of shipping options available at actual cost- most vendors will quote you for FedEx First Overnight with Saturday delivery, even if not arriving on a sat, send it the cheaper "by end of day" overnight, and pocket the difference. On TD you will find every shipping option and price point for the big 3 carriers. There's a plethora of much appreciated discounts you'd do best to seek and utilize. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

A legitimate company with good customer support, never had a problem with them other than they run out of stock sometimes quickly. a great company overall and definitely the best place to purchase lab ingredients.

This may be one of the worse companies in terms of customer service. They flake out, lie about shipping and overall do not allign with what they promote they stand for. Its like they want to be good but just cant do it. Eventually it will all go down as shipments are being seized and company owners prosecuted. Karma is a b

They recently had some issues with the supply chain, as everyone has these last 2 months or so. Regardless, they were pretty clear on X with the whole issue, and did what they could as soon as their stock arrived regarding quick back order fulfillment. I get that a lot of researchers were frustrated with the “the lack of response/ clarity of the issues”, but they did what they could. No one should expect them to personally respond to hundreds of emails a day, asking questions that they have answered. Especially when said issues were addressed periodically through their social media for all to plainly see. Everyone just needed to learn some patients. Personally, i made an order on 3/6 right when their stock ran out, and then the supply chain issues began. As soon as they received new product, about 3 weeks later on 3/25, they had my order shipped out and it was promptly received. Quality was fantastic by the way. So take away the new border customs issues,(that they seem to have overcome moving forward) and they’ve been a great company that I have no complaints about. Very helpful in the past with any issues, (mostly caused by shipping companies) and great with shipment speed, as long as it’s within the pre set boundaries of same day shipment. So if everyone learns to have a little fore-site &/or patients, they really are one of the best around for quality, price, customer service, and consistency. No other company has handled the new issues as well, or with as much transparency. Overall 9.9/10. Will do business with them again.
