UPDATE: although I still don’t have my first shipment, I have to say that the team over there really came through for me. It’s still too early to file missing claim on first package so I made a new order so I had something while waiting for the original. I paid for UPS ground and they upgraded the shipping to overnight on their own dime. I am beyond appreciative for this gesture. Very kind and they didn’t have to do it. Plus they are still offering replacement support for the original shipment if it in fact never gets here. Switching review to 5 stars because they really did go above and beyond to make this mixup somewhat manageable. I’ll be a frequent flyer with you guys for sure. Thanks! Update: was able to get in contact with someone from customer service. They said they would replace for free if shipment never arrives which is excellent. However; I did have to place new order through different shipper because we are awaiting outcome for original package. All in all, support is still slow at times but they are trying to help and that’s all I can ask for. SOME ADVICE: use UPS!! don’t rely on USPS in that region Switching review to 3 stars will update. My original experience/review was rather negative and heavily worded at first; the lack of support from USPS didn’t help the situation. I was upset with slow response times and lack of caring once the customer passed the point of sale. This stemmed from multiple days and attempts to contact with no success. They did eventually message me back and have been talking with me throughout my reorder process and have extended their help in case the first order doesn’t come. I appreciate when a company responds to criticism and attempts to make things right.

Had a technical issue with them receiving a Zelle payment but Tianeptine Depot resolved it and shipped the next day. From now on I'll include more identifiers (order number, etc.) along with the payment to prevent issues in the future. Outstanding product and service.

Despite tariffs and economic difficulties. Tianeptine Depot has maintained prices and fulfillment on orders. Which is quite difficult for a lot of companies nowadays. Great customer service quality product and great prices. And they will help you with any issues you may have. Overall Great Company above and beyond!!! Shout out to all the hard working employees!!?
