Good product, good communication and they answer my questions. A huge plus, that no other vendor is doing, is these guys have a phone number I can call during business hours and ask any questions I might have. They ship reliably and on time. Definitely 5 stars, I’m really happy with them! Keep up the good work and I’ll be a loyal and happy customer! Thanks for everything!

They take your money and do not process your orders. Then they blame you as the customer stating because you paid 22 minute before the SAME DAY CUT OFF that was your fault and your orders should be in 60min prior. Not true the order never would have processed because NO ONE confirmed the payment and NO ONE reviewed the customer emails about the payment to CONFIRM!!!!! Do not use crypto external it won’t ever process even though they say it’s ok and email them. They will blame you the customer for the fact that they don’t have someone manning the exact contact method they say to use and following the emailed instructions from their tech team!!! They have zero customer service and don’t care about customers. They used to be amazing. Used to be the best in the business product is good however in the past week received my first bad product. No replacement because no one replies to emails so I ordered my own replacement which never arrived. And tried one final time and yet this order was never processed. All this since Thursday!!!!!! This is a TD problem However they’ll blame their customer instead of taking FULL responsibility and admitting hey you’re right we didn’t answer emails we didn’t see your order we messed up! Okay cool you’re human we all are but instead they go ahead and blame you for ordering too late even though it’s before cut off. Apparently cut off is really one hour earlier if you actually want your order out same day!!! Good to know right?!?! Put that information on your website then. You have a count down clock for same day ordering which goes until 1pm PT so if ordering at 12:40pm PT isn’t early enough then change the time!!!! Always always blaming customer with no ownership. Previous experience was being lied to and told my package was hand delivered to Dallas Airport for shipment via Fed ex. Fed ex searched high and low. Even reviewed cameras with no proof only for my order to ship out Six Days later from a Walgreens drop off that they did after hours to continue to delay the product another day!!! Overnight shipment mind you! Took over 10 days and they took ZERO ownership and accountability for it!!! They are the ones that lied and said they dropped to an airport (have emails in writing from Admin!!) and how they drove for hours and I should feel grateful only to find out it wasn’t processed until the following THURSDAY 6 days and dropped at Walgreens and before the holiday so took another four days to get!!! Then they blame me all because of THEIR actions. I didn’t lie. I didn’t send a fake tracking. I didn’t say I dropped at airport to only drop at Fed ex Walgreens days later! Being honest when taking someone’s money is #1 and they don’t have that!!! Money was finally refunded. They pay for four and five star reviews. Or get friends and family to do the same to block out all the true 1and 2 star ones. Highly recommended reading all those to see the truth of how the business is run!!!
