Paid for a product and was never got a confirmation email. I was told by Tianeptine depot that they didn’t have an order or a payment for my email even though me Zelle transfer of 100 was accepted. Still haven’t gotten my money back

Very fast... Thank you. First time I ordered it was out of stock and took longer. I see they had notice of what was in stock before I ordered. I appreciate that if I know there's gonna be delay that's okay. This time literally 24 hours to my door.

They do everything in their power to get your order to you when you asked for it. They’re in touch with all of their delivery carriers daily to combat any unforeseen delays or issues. They upgraded my shipping speed many times to get my my package asap. Any issues I’ve had were the fault of the shipping company and outside of their control. This is a 5 star, top notch company that goes above and beyond EVERY TIME!

I've ordered here 4 times. Out of those four times I've been sent free acid instead of sodium twice without being notified. In fact the last batch was even labeled Sodium. It's very easy to tell the difference. I am adding 2 stars as the quality has always been good. Unfortunately with limited places to select from I will give them another chance and post again of my experience. * Update 5/15 - They sent the correct product and actually sent a little more than I ordered and the quality is good so I'll be adjusting to 4 stars, I did receive it quite quickly as well.

The experience was great in that it went completely smoothly with no intervention or extra communication needed. Exactly what I wanted, exactly when I wanted it. I know I can reach out for prompt service if necessary, but it's often not needed because (as in this case) everything worked like a charm.
