I have had other websites built by other companies. But Thryv Australia built my website for such a great price I believe I got $10k website for a fraction of the price and without paying for any advertising this time around when with my other businesses I paid a fortune for ads with my other businesses but with Thryvs website I paid no money for ads and within 9 months I was ranking number 1 on google. After selling that company I will be using Thryv to build my next website. I can’t rate them high enough. Thanks Thryv Team.

Matt made the revised onboarding easy to work through, with lots of detail and was there when we needed additional marketing assistance. He was flexible when we couldn't make appointments and happy to reschedule. Easy experience and looking forward to collaborating further using the Thryv system.

I would give thryve less than zero if it existed. Shady business practices at best. They old yellow pages would review your contract every year and try to renew suited on your business needs, Thryve will auto renew for a longer time period than the "book" is good for. The book is now a two year book so they charge the customers the same or more and do halve the work. The customer service employees are well rehearsed to deal with irate customers since they probably get hundreds of complaints every day, I don't know how they lookin the mirror at night knowing that they sold they souls out of being decent human being for the pittance that Thyve pays them. Very unethical company and would advise everyone to stay away. Not to mention the "book" they sell isn't thick enough to create a roll of toilet paper with .....

I have been locked into a contract with Thryv now for almost 5 months where I have only received 2 calls from their advertising efforts despite being told upfront that my monthly send would yield an estiated 6 calls per month. After reaching out to discuss several times with them what is being done, they have not been able to provide any information regarding where my marketing spend is going, what changes are being made, and any information that they are actually providing a service for the high monthly cost I am spending. I am still reaching out after several attempts to get them to release me from my contract where there has been minimal communication or urgency to try and help a paying customer. This company is by far a scam and would avoid at all costs.
